The Karoonda Silos have won the 2024 Hither & Yon Venue Award as part of the @salafestival 🏆🎨 @hither_yon This award celebrates venues that go above and beyond to support South Australian artists. For 2024 the District Council of Karoonda East Murray hosted the ‘Think Big’ exhibition on the silos - which marked the fifth consecutive year as part of SALA Festival. 🤩 With artwork from 31 artists from across SA including local talent, the 2024 exhibition was one of the most successful yet. Kicking off with an opening night on 3 August, with over 120 attendees—including a SALA bus tour from Adelaide!
